Made for the people who open the hives
Bee Tracker started with a simple frustration. Beekeeping records were scattered across notebooks, phone photos and half finished spreadsheets, and none of it was there when it mattered, standing in front of an open hive.
Why we built it
We are developers and designers who spend time around apiaries, family hives and the people who keep them. Every beekeeper we spoke with had the same story. Good records make better seasons, but keeping them was tedious enough that most people gave up by midsummer.
So we built the tool we kept hearing described. A clear visual layout of your hives, a calendar that shows the season at a glance, inspections and operations that take seconds to log, and a harvest history you can actually look back on.
Nothing in Bee Tracker exists because it looked good in a demo. Every screen came out of a real conversation about real work in the field.
What we care about
Simple by default
If a task takes more than a few taps, we have not finished designing it. Records should be quicker than a notebook, not slower.
Built for the field
Apiaries are rarely near good signal. Bee Tracker installs like an app on your phone and is built to stay usable when the connection is weak.
Multilingual from day one
Beekeeping communities cross borders. The app works in English, Greek and Macedonian, with more to come as our users ask for them.
Your records are yours
Your hive, inspection and harvest data belongs to you. You can export it or delete it whenever you want.
Built by Marvix
Bee Tracker is built and operated by Marvix, a web design and development studio that makes websites, web apps and AI powered systems for brands that care about the details. We work on a handful of products at a time so each one gets real attention, and we answer our own support email.
